Responsibilities

• Promote and sales company’s product
• Seeking for new partners
• Join Travel Mart (in/out country) if required or assigned
• Daily correspondence making with partners, same as suppliers
• Handle quotation and provide to partners
• Control all services booking inclusive air-ticket
• Weekly report to GM for daily work and clients forecast
• Be a Guest Relation (if necessary)
• Assist the colleague’s work in case facing peak activities

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism Field and Hospitality, and/or other related field
• Male and Female
• At least 2 years experience in tourism field (Travel Agent is priority)
• Good command of English both speaking and written (other languages is advantage)
• Good appearance (cleanness, tidiness etc.)
• Fluent using computer (Office Program; Word & Excel)
• Photoshop and other designing programs are advantages
• Be able to work as individual and team environment
• Strong in communication
• Willing to learn, honest and hard-working
• High ability to work with minimum supervision
• Be able to travel and stay at the provinces (Escort, Fam Trip etc)
