Position Title: Planning Officer – 01 Post
Report To: Planning Manager
Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monthly consolidates and analyzes productivity of credit officers and counter staff;
- Develops productivity and standard report format and trains relevant staffs;
- Consolidates and backs up standard reports;
- Updates productivity policy by learning productivities for credit officers and counter staff;
- Participates in annual disbursement plan process and guideline;
- Prepares Term of Reference (TOR) of productivity study of credit officers and counter staff; and
- Conducts field visit activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration;
- One year’s experience in banking or microfinance industry;
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook...etc.);
- Holding motor’s or car’s driving license;
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Honesty, flexibility, and commitment; and
- Willingness to work in any provinces.
Remunerations
