Angkor Home Hotel is an international 4star hotel, located in the heart of Siem Reap town, is looking for the qualified candidate to fill up the position of Executive Housekeeper.
Responsibilities
- To in-charge of development and implementation of housekeeping operation strategies policies and administration
- To ensure overall cleanliness and efficient operation of the housekeeping department including the administration and functions of all public areas, guest staterooms, room service, laundry and linen rooms.
- Conducts inspection of guest stateroom, passageways and public area on a regular basic and implements the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel facilities
- Organize and conduct on the job training for supervisory and other service staff ensures the high standard of service is delivered
Essential Requirements
- At least 2years experience as an Executive Housekeeper
- Possess excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
- Possess good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse group from different backgrounds
