Guest Relation Officer
Location: Siem Reap
Responsibilities
- Knowledge able with all Resort information and rooms category.
- Familiar with all staff, management and extension number.
- Familiar with all activities within Resort compound and in down.
- Attentively and ready to answer call coming and using proper telephone etiquette.
- Knowledgeable with all information such as Airlines, Travel agencies, Shops, Restaurants, Banks and others interesting places.
- Always provide up to date information to every customers.
- Responsible for smoothly running of daily operation.
- Provide assistance to the residents to make Local or IDD call.
- Ensure that costs are minimized by not wasting stationery and that the proper expenses are being charged to Operator section.
- Handle guest complains, guest enquire and to follow up with relevant department immediately.
- Ensure friendly and courteous behaviour at all time.
- Attend daily briefing and all scheduled meetings.
- Coordinate with Supervisor to produce report for Front Office Manager.
Essential Requirements
- Very Good experience in relevant position.
- Female age 22-28 years old Cambodian.
- 2 years or more experience as guest relation or tour desk hotel industry.
- Must honest, willing work hard.
- Be able to learn new things very quickly.
- Able demonstrate initiative.
- Good team work customer service mind-set.
- Dynamic, highly committed able work under pressure.
- Good attitude, presentation, communication, friendly interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills: Ms. Word/ Excel/ internet, accounting software.
- Good knowledge of tourism location.
- English language proficiency both speaking writing other Language on advantage.
