Japanese Guest Relation Officer (Female 1)
Essential Requirements
- University degree in Tourist & Hotel Manager, or some experience are relevance to the position.
- Female age 22-30 years old Japanese nationality.
- 1 year experience as guest relation or tour desk in hotel industry.
- Good knowledge of Tourist location.
- Must be good at problem solving with customer.
- Must be honest, willing to work hard in motivation top team.
- Be able to learn new thing very quickly.
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Good team work ad customer service mind-set
- Dynamic, highly committed and able to work under pressure
- Good attitude, presentation, communication, friendly and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills: Ms. Word/ Excel/ internet
- Japanese & English language proficiency in both speaking and writing other Language on advantage
