Responsibilities

• Generate Price Lists for Sales Team.
• Generate Marketing Communications Material.
• Generate Quotes for Customers.
• Create Business Cards for Staff.
• Liaise with Admin to purchase Stationary.
• Update Price tickets for retail outlets.
• Maintain Wholesale email database.
• Maintain retail email database.
• Generate and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Sit in on and take minutes for weekly meetings.
• Type up weekly report from meetings.
• Prepare Water sales reports for San Pellegrino.
• Prepare Photographic Library of all wines labels.
• Maintain tasting notes files.
• Prepare advertising material.
• Provide General assistance to the director.

Requirements

• Good English Languages Skills both in written and spoken.
• Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel, power point and Internet &Email).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, especially direct contact is a plus.
• Experience (at least one year) with tasks related to the field of monitoring and evaluation.
• Degree of business, sales & marketing or relevant qualification.
• Experience using e-mails for regular formal communications.
