Beeline
The VimpelCom Group consists of telecommunications operators operators providing voice and data services through a range of wireless, fixed, and broadband technologies. The Group includes companies operating in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Armenia, in territories with a total population of about 250 million. In July 2008 VimpelCom acquired a 90% stake in Sotelco, a company holding a GSM license for Cambodia. Sotelco started its commecial operations on 4th May 2009. We are looking for dynamic, smart, and high potential individuals to join our growing team in the following position:
Reporting to the Head of Network Roll-out, the Project and Regional Manager will provide timely deployment of core, radio, and transmission sites and ensure that critical path activities are completed as scheduled in the project implementation plan in the region.

Project & Regional Manager - 05 Positions
Reporting to the Head of Network Roll-out, the Project and Regional Manager will provide timely deployment of core, radio, and transmission sites and ensure that critical path activities are completed as scheduled in the project implementation plan in the region.
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of Huawei technologies is preferred
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Telecommunications
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- IT literacy; Knowledge of MS Project is preferred.
- Analytical skills, details, and performance orientation
