Beeline
The VimpelCom Group consists of telecommunications operators operators providing voice and data services through a range of wireless, fixed, and broadband technologies. In July 2008 VimpelCom acquired a 90% stake in Sotelco, a company holding a GSM license for Cambodia. Sotelco started its commecial operations on 4th May 2009. We are looking for dynamic, smart, and high potential individuals to join our growing team in the following position:
Reporting to the Head of BSS Planning & Optimization, this position is responsible for the capacity, topology and optimization of the RAN Network in order to ensure services development, growth, and quality.

BSS P&O Manager - 01 Position
Reporting to the Head of BSS Planning & Optimization, this position is responsible for the capacity, topology and optimization of the RAN Network in order to ensure services development, growth, and quality.
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience in RAN Planning and optimization
- Experience with Huawei technologies is preferred
- Degree in Telecommunications or related area
- Knowledge in Technical and Project Management
- Analytical skills, detail, and performance orientation
