In July 2008 VimpelCom acquired a 90% stake in Sotelco, a company holding a GSM license for Cambodia. Sotelco started its commecial operations on 4th May 2009. We are looking for dynamic, smart, and high potential individuals to join our growing team in the following position:
This position is responsible for infrastructure planning, optimization and requirements specification. Responsibilities include planning and deploying operational equipment on site, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, and supervising installation, commissioning and integration of network infrastructure elements.

Infrastructure P&O Manager - 01 Position
This position is responsible for infrastructure planning, optimization and requirements specification. Responsibilities include planning and deploying operational equipment on site, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, and supervising installation, commissioning and integration of network infrastructure elements.
Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience in infrastructure P&O
- Expertise in power and HVAC System design & implementation is preferred
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in Technical and Project Management
- Analytical skills, detail, and performance orientation
