The Duties for the position include:

• Lead teams of IT and admin staff;
• Manage the IT services and technical support for an office of at least 30 personnel;
• Manage and maintain an IT system, including servers, software, and hardware;
• Manage, maintain and integrate specialist legal and accounting software;
• Plan and implement high-volume secure data storage and backup systems, and strong network and data protection systems;
• Anticipate and implement emerging needs for hardware and software;
• Research and implement new technologies and tools;
• Oversee office requirements, transport, utilities, admin and office maintenance;
• Manage supporting staff including receptionist, secretaries, assistants, IT technicians, drivers, cleaners, cook, and guards;
• Oversee IT and security systems, planning, reporting and monitoring;

Essential Requirements for the position are:

• IT Graduate or/and Business Administration
• At least 3 years relevant work experiences
• Understanding of management and business practices
• Good communication skills in English and Khmer
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals
• Excellent computer skills, including up to date accounting software, preferably Quickbooks and Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Commitment to work with BNG for at least two years
