Duties

• Analyzes and develops all software programs (Accounting, Admin-HR, mobile phone applications, etc.).
• To plan how work is to be carried out to meet targets of the project or team task
• Code, test, troubleshoot and maintain programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.
• Analyzes all test results for various programs and resolve all issues in same and prepare reports to be presented to management for all programs.
• Develops and maintains all user manuals according to guidelines and perform research on all application development process for various software products and provide support to all procurement process and schedule all improvements on software applications.
• Collaborates with network administrators and provide subject matter expertise to resolve all issues and enhance all software systems and recommend changes to programs if required.
• Designs solutions to resolve all complex business issues and document all complex programs.
• Designs and implements all test plans for programs and prepare tests cases for same and provide training to all programmers and analysts and provide support to all research processes.
• Writes and maintains programming documentation.
• Documents programming problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Maintains quality assurance in all software to maintain optimal quality and manage multiple IT projects.

Requirements

• At least 4th year student in BA of IT, skilled in Network/Programming.
• Knowledge of program Application Development, Programming, Web Design, Analysis and Develop Data Base (Web base).
• Skilled in PHP, My SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and Dreamweaver.
• Some experience with application development on Andriod or IOS mobile platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of Micro Finance or Banking Sector.
• Good understanding of financial accounting principles and Accounting Information System of Microfinance or Banking is preferred.
• Some knowledge of programming interfaces with mobile phone platforms preferred.
• Native Khmer speaker with good command of English or Japanese.
• Honest, hardworking, healthy, high responsibility and be able to work independently.
