Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection process.  
• Assist in new employee orientation and other related training activities.
• Check and ensure that the personnel files for employee’s personal data and other  documents filling system are up to date, full of required documents, and well manage in  accordance with the company’s compliance.
• Track, update and renewal of employment contract.
• Prepare employee’s performance evaluation of probationary and regular employee.
• Conduct exit interview of resigned employee and prepare monthly exit interview finding report to Compliance manager.
• Assist in implementing of disciplinary action process.
• Assist in employee relation and union on labor issue.
• Deal with risk management related to National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
• Prepare documents for employee to apply for labor book and physical exam.

Essential Requirements

• Male is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management.
• Two years experience in Human Resource Management of textile industrial.
• Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law.
• Knowledge of NSSF.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Being honest, mutual, hard working and responsible job.
• Strong computer skill of Microsoft office application (word, excel, access, outlook).
