RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile and communicate resource capacity plans for manufacturing ( Include annual maintenance shutdown and peak stock build )
• Monitor compliance to 13 weeks capacity plan and resolve short term ( ST ) capacity issues and communicate to SC team
• Analyze performance ( KPI’s ) and drive corrective action and continuous improvement
• Define planning rules to support SAP-MRP and PP
• Development, implementation and improvement of Supply Planning process and systems
• Review and monitor weekly production plans and report performance against plan
• Monitor daily stock levels for own manufactured FG’s. Highlight concerns
• Generate Material requirement plans for: Raw Materials, Pallets and Secondary packaging
• Coordinate S&OP meetings and drive improvement within S&OP process

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in any field relevant to numerical or statistics
• 3 - 5 years manufacturing planning background
• Ability to self manage
• Excellent SAP MRP Knowledge
• Excellent SAP PP Knowledge
• Good analytical, numerical and statistical skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels
• Good understanding of data, products
• High degree of ability to meet deadlines
• Network & scenario modelling
• People management skills
• Proficiency in advanced Excel
• Relevant Logistics qualification
