Account Executive – 1 Position
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts. To handle various accounting functions (accounts receivables, account payable, staff claims, maintain fixed assets register and etc)
- Preparing and checking documents for audit purpose.
- To manage daily transactions and to ensure reconciliations done on a daily basis.
- To assist in monthly closing and annual closing-prepare journal for adjustment, reclassification and reconciliation.
- To prepare and analyze data for management reporting.
- Prepare relevant tax submission reports monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
- At least 5 years in working experience in Accounting
- Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure
- Hard working and honest
