Chenla Seafood Co., Ltd. is a company with substantial experiences in European product development and quality control management process. The company has built a state of the art food processing facility in Cambodia to produce and deliver premium quality food products to customers around the world. Currently, we are looking for the candidates to fill the following positions located in Sihanouk Ville.

Senior HR Officer (1 Position-Very urgent)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Implement and execute effective HR policy across the company.
  • Manage employee's salary, benefits, bonuses and OT control management and implementation.
  • Ensure employment contract is in line with applicable laws of Cambodia.
  • Conduct HR corporate audit where required and necessary.
  • Implement HR training and development program for all employees.
  • Conduct market research on employee's compensation and benefits.
  • Communicate policy updates and other relevant HR matters to management team and staff on a regular basis.
  • Liaise between government agencies, legal firm and other NGOs related to HR matter.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of the company.
  • Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Manage and organize an annual training program for all employees.
  • Do other related tasks as assigned by upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management or in any related fields.
  • At least 1 or 2 year experience in human management areas.
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Knowledge of Cambodia labor law.
  • Good understanding of payroll legislation and process such as Tax and NSSF.
  • Be able to lead the personnel team.
  • Be able to work under flexible working hours.
