Services Station Manager - 2 Positions

Based in Boeung Keng Kang and Kampong Cham Caltex Station

Job Descriptions

• Handling day-to-day staff and store management
• Able to manage people and solving day-to-day issue at station
• Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time
• Ensure cash are secured, counter correctly and daily bank-in of cash
• Submission of Daily Summary Report, Monthly Report and Stock-count report
• Ensure station crew deliver high quality of customer service

Essential Requirements

• Preferably bachelor degree of business administration / marketing
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Good computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Able to work shift time (flexible hours)
• Good leadership/interpersonal skills
