This position will be based at Phnom Penh Head Office of Chevron (Cambodia) Limited.

Job Descriptions
- Responsible for recording all fleet sales transactions and issuing invoices to fleet customers on a timely manner
- Ensure that all transactions and invoices have been done properly and accurately
- Responsible for collecting payment from customers and Business Consultants at Head Office
- Ensure that all cash / checks received are deposited in the bank on a daily basis
- Perform monthly customer reconciliation between sub-ledger and general ledger as well as between Sales and Distribution System and SAP
- Responsible for issuing debit and credit note as required
- Ensure that those requests are properly supported and approved
- Control Prepaid Vouchers booklets and ensure that all vouchers have been issued properly
- Perform other tasks as required
Essential Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting
- Candidate with experience in customer collection is encouraged to apply
- Computer skills-proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good written and communication skills in English and Khmer
- Ability to work patiently under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill, accountable, initiative driven person and proactive
