Chevron (Cambodia) Limited is a Global Energy Company most admired for its people, partnership and performance, is urgently seeking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill a position of Retail Business Consultant. This Position will be based in Chevron (Cambodia) Head Office in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties

• Ensure compliance of network, operating standards and governmental regulations.
• Establish and enforce Retails Operation Standards, Health Environment & Safety Standards, Credit Policy, and Product Integrity.
• Meet business plan objectives through planning targets, monitoring, analysis station performance and organizing work processes.
• Coach and motivate Station Managers/Retails Partners to foster an environment of accountability, diversity team spirits and trust.
• Work closely with the retailing programs to develop/execute promotions for retailers that can leverage investment and drive customer loyalty.
• Build a strong customer service culture through delivery of attentive, appropriate and consistent service through out the network.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any equivalent degree.
• Strong understanding of retailing and promotions with their impact on retailers' business.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills and be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
• Good leadership abilities.
• Good relationship management skills and customer oriented.
• Strong written and communication skills.
