RESPONSIBILITIES

• Purchase order processing for items under contract and/or non-catalog items
• Spot purchasing or one-time buying of materials and services with no contract
• Expedites supplier deliveries, payment issue resolution, and handling of any insurance claims
• Supports the Area Procurement Manager and Local Category Specialist ( LCS ) on:

1.     Executing / providing inputs to set up a comprehensive sourcing strategy, vendor selection criteria, and/or negotiation plan
2.     Working with Corporate Legal on the contract agreements and providing any commercial inputs for the contracts
3.     Monitoring / tracking and doing gap analysis on the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the key vendors in responsible areas

• Assists the Local Category Specialist in the implementation of any Global, Regional and Local category initiatives, contracts and agreements
• Be the first point of contact for vendors on any day-to-day procurement operations and issues related to delivery of products and services
• Collaborates with Business Partners in the reduction of transactional spend through the application of Demand Management and Fit-for-Purpose Principles
• Supports the AP regional team to deploy any Procurement & Contracting processes and tools
• Provides support and/or be the active member of the Corporate Working Team ( e.g Safety, Compliance, etc ), where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
• At least 2 years experience in Procurement related field
• With strong Procurement Management background
• Strong initiative and analytical skills
• Good relationship management and customer focus
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in language ability both English and Khmer
