ClickNet is a leading Wireless ISP and Digital Telephony. We are currently seeking the competitive and hard working candidates to join our company for the following position:
IT Help Desk Executive - Based in Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly response to customers on the phone or by email or chat line
- Handle customers complaint and/or provide first stage solution to customers or refer them to appropriate area for function
- Monitoring the Network or inform to appropriate area for function
- Ensure key in the complaints on Database
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or other related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT or related field is compulsory
- Strong Computers Skill and Networking experience
- Good listening/communication in English and problem solving skills
- Able to work on Shift times
- Ability to work patiently under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and proactive.
