CREDIT MFI, a Christian MFI which has been established in Cambodia since 1993, is an operationally sustainable organization that received a permanent license from the National Bank of Cambodia in 2007. We strive to ensure that the economically active poor and small entrepreneurs have the opportunity to develop their livelihoods and experience both full and productive lives. Aimed at contributing to Cambodian rural economic development, CREDIT MFI provides financial services which consist of loan and saving products in the city/provinces of Phnom Penh, Kandal, Kampong Cham, Tbaung Khmum, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Prey Veng, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Kampot and Takeo.
To meet our recent operational growth and expansion, CREDIT MFI is currently seeking for qualified Cambodian candidates for the following positions:

Senior Research Officer (01 Post)
Location: Marketing Department, Head Office, Phnom Penh-Based

Key Responsibilities
- With head of marketing department, plan research projects to be in line with the marketing and institutional changes;
- Develop, review and update research tools to meet the objectives of the research;
- Provide trainings related to research to researchers as needed;
- Work out with branch or sub branch managers to facilitate the research process;
- Supervise field researchers to collect data from the field;
- Monitor and follow-up the implementations of the action plan to ensure the smooth process of the research plan approved by CREDIT Senior Management Team;
- Build and maintain critical relationships in a professional manner with other CREDIT‘s staffs, partners and stakeholders to promote CREDIT brand name and services;
- Participate in the development of Marketing Planning and Budgeting;
Desired Qualifications
- Experiences in research process management at least 3 years, preferably in MFI or bank
- Bachelor in any field and any certificate or degree in English is preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skill desirable
- Knowledge and able to perform SPSS or other analytical software
- Strong desire to work for MFI and bank operations; mainly research sector
- Good communication skill, writing and speaking in both Khmer and English
- Be able to travel and stay in provinces
Remuneration
CREDIT provides competitive salary based on education, experience, and potential.
