Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Installing internet connection and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Travelling to visit potential clients, Calculating client quotation, Officering after-sales support service, Administering client accounts, Coordinating sales projects and solving client problems.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or IT.
• At least 1 years sales experience in ISP, IT or other related industries.
• Language proficiency in both Chinese & English is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
