Farmer Livelihood Development (FLD), a Cambodian NGO supporting in rural communities in Kandal, Kompong Speu, Preah Vihear, Siem Reap, Koh Kong, Pursat, Battambang and Uddor Meancey provinces on a rang of project which assist families to improve their livelihood, is seeking a qualified person in the position of Accountant Volunteer to be based in Phnom Penh. The volunteer will be promoted as a regular staff after the period of 3 months base on the performance appraisal.

Job Specifications
- Recording daily accurate financial transactions using accounting computer software.
- Preparing invoices and receipts for all incoming cash.
- Checking receipts thoroughly before entering in the accounting software programme.
- Keeping paper and computer files in chronological order and in required categories.
- Assist with controlling cash on hand, outstanding advances, and managing of bank accounts and reconciliation.
- Assist to monitor monthly cash flow as requested by FLD Finance Assistant.
- Make request for cash advance to the Finance for cash replenishment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Administration and Management or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in finance/accounting is preferred.
- An understanding of accounting procedures.
- Competent use of MS Word, Excel, Quick Book & Peachtree.
- Ability to communicate in English, reading and writing.
- Honestly, dependable and trustworthy.
- Cambodian Nationality.
