Responsibilities
- Effectively provide best of breed solutions and satisfied customers need.
- He/She has creative idea related to technology and solution.
- Effectively execute department and section strategy and planning.
- Achieve necessary company policies in accordance to company’s directions.
- Build up knowledge bases for all technologies under your taking care.
- Ensure full compliance of company and department processes, procedures and best practice.
- Collaboration with business development division and technical team to research and build new solution.
- Ensure that all engineers in the section must discuss in team before deliver solution to customer.
- Follow up and support to sales team and customers properly.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree in IT or relate field with 1 years experience in Server and Network system;
- Preferred certificates: CCNA, CCDA, CCDP, MCTS, MCSA;
- Strong commitment, passion, self motivation plus analytical skill;
- Be able to understand and adapt company environment;
- Be able to work with teammate very good and teamwork strongly;
- Good communication both English and Khmer;
- Understand business concept;
- Fast learner and willing to learn new thing;
- knowledgeable on server, network, security system, application connectivity, software and database;
