Responsibilities

• Effectively manage Customer’s complaints, Case aging, customer care
• Effectively execute department and section strategy and planning
• Achieve necessary company policies in accordance to company’s directions
• Identify soft skill training needs and ensure its completion
• Build up knowledge bases for all technologies under your taking care
• Effectively manage administration of the team
• Effectively manage section budget to ensure the company’s profitability
• Ensure full compliance of company and department processes, procedures and best practice
• Effectively manage engineer’s resource and schedule to support project implementation, maintenance contracted customers, case management and RMA support
• Ensure that only assigned engineers are allowed to go off company’s premise to provide services to customers
• Ensure that all engineers in the section must register their service cases with Call Center before deliver services to customer
• Properly plan and monitor spare parts for maintenance contracted customers
• Understanding engineer situation either in personal or work to ensure they perform the job well

Essential Requirements

• Be able to understand and adapt company environment
• Be able to work with teammate very good and teamwork strongly
• Be able to speak English very good
• Can install and understand network infrastructure
• Display strong consumer service mindedness
• Possess positive attitude
• Experience with customer service course
• Bachelor degree in IT or relate field
• Experience in Network Security is advantage
• Preferred certificates: MCP, MCSA+Security, CCNA Security
• Good problem solving, positive attitude, be able to work under pressure, High commitment, be initiative and Display strong customer mindset
