Responsibilities

• Maintain the continued safe operation of the construction and the safety of passengers, staff and public during construction of new or altered Tube Lines assets.
• Responsible for the completion of works to cost and program targets and project plan whilst ensuring that the assets are constructed to specified technical and quality requirements.
• Primary Tube Lines site contact with the construction contractor.
• Contract administration as delegated by the Project Manager.

Essential Requirements

• Cambodian aged 28 years old up.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Construction Management Level.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university of engineering and construction or a related field.
• Proficiently versed in the English Language (speaking, reading, writing & listening).
• Knowledge of computer in Microsoft office.
• Strong character and personality as leader.
• Thorough knowledge of design and construction process.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage a team and to work within a team framework.
• Good communication skills.
