Essential Requirements

• Experience in Payroll preparation.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or accounting, or other related field, with a Master’s degree.
• Five years experience in an accounting position with specific experience in fund accounting, general ledger and financial reporting and analysis preferred.
• Experience in accounting systems management.
• Experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
• Excellent computer skills with spread sheet and word processing ability.
• The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor subordinates, co-workers and associates.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Self-starter, proven ability to manage multiple accounts and finances with changing priorities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to implement financial controls.
• Outstanding of accounting software using such as MS Excel, MS Quick Books...etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team building.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and resilient with strong people management skills.
