With a growing business base, we are looking for Cambodian national for the position of Cost Control Clerk to improve our management system at our guesthouse in Siem Reap.

Job Description
Cost Control Clerk is responsible to carry out a detailed check on all daily food & beverages purchase cost and prices of other operating supply for the Hotel. He/she also responsible to ensure to check the recipe for food costing and control. To monitor and control over the recording of all goods purchased and the preparation of Monthly Cost Control Report and related reports.- To oversee the day to day function of receiving and make order to suppliers.
- Receive and verify goods from suppliers (quality, quantity, time, price).
- To reconcile and prepare monthly expenses and weekly expenses reports.
- Prepare and Verify on payment expenses to all suppliers
- Monthly check ending stock usage by all department.
- Find better supplier quote and submit to GM for selection.
- To work closely with the storekeeper to ensure that all goods issued and receives are properly recorded.
- To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from time to time.
Qualifications
- Cambodian nationality.
- At least 3rd year student in Accounting, finance or related field.
- Flexible and can work independently with under pressure.
- Honest, hard working and high responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of risk control.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and Email, and QuickBooks).
- Good command of English and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skill.
