HIV/AIDS Coordinating Committee ( HACC )
The HIV/AIDS Coordinating Committee ( HACC ) is a network comprising over 120 national and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) working on HIV/AIDS and related social and health issues. HACC was established in Cambodia in 1993 as a forum to enhance the sharing information and experiences from the field among its members and the coordination of their activities aimed at fighting HIV. Over the years HACC has become a strong and internationally recognized network of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the HIV/AIDS sector in Cambodia.
