Responsibilities

• Be responsible for terminal project pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Establish and maintain the relationship with the target customers in charge
• Competition management
• Support all product promotion related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in the Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
• Minimum 2 years work experience in IT product technical support, terminal technical support experience is preferred
• Resourceful and possessing excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently under high pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
