Responsibilities

• Responsible to fulfill end to end contract management both between Huawei and customer and/or Huawei and subcontractor, including contract review, contract condition negotiation, contract fulfillment control.
• Responsible to sale variation, including present variation solution to customer, establish variation mechanism between customer and Huawei, negotiate variation solution, invoice or even collect money for variation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/ Law / Accounting/Engineering /Telecom/ or related field
• At least 2 years experience in contract management and related industry is preferred.
• A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizing skills.
• Willing overwork with work under pressure.
• Familiar with outsourcing products in Telecommunication project solutions, like towers & shelter, OSP or ELP, telecom civil works, is highly preferred.
• Good commands of both spoken and written of English, and good command of spoken and written Chinese is a plus.
