Main Responsibilities

• Committed to strong growth in market-share and target achievement along with sales target plan and company strategy.
• Supervise and leading the sales team towards achieving distribution objective in all channel.
• Monitor outlets within the assigned territory and ensure products are well represented and merchandise.
• Ensure and monitor Indoor and Outdoor branding are well display and maintain in assigned territory.
• Conduct outlets promotional activities, contract negotiation and sponsorship.
• Maintain strong relationship with distributors; impart skill, training and coaching distributors.
• Collect market intelligence, timely and accurately submission of competitors and performance report on a regular basis.
• Monitors daily sales calls of the sales team, ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Makes regular checks and coaching on the salesmen routes to ensure company'sstandards are follow and implement.

Requirements and Experience

• Understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
• Minimum qualification Diploma/ degree holder in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in selling of consumer product.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Intellectual person and able to work under pressure.
• Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible time.
• Able to travel and station in the upcountry.
