Duties

• Understand the need for vocational training of the children of Krousar Thmey
• Travel often to province to meet all the children of Krousar Thmey centers and school who are finishing school
• Find vocational training adapted to the needs and the abilities of children
• Help the children of Krousar Thmey with CV writing and motivation letters to help them to find a work placement
• Contact other NGOs to be informed of the vocational training possibilities. Study the opportunities implemented abroad for blind or deaf children
• Be informed of the work placement available and orientate the children
• Search new possibilities for vocational training and work placement for blind or deaf children
• Respect the child protection policy, and control that all the staff respect the child protection policy

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2 years of working experience in the same field
• Ability to speak read and write in English or French
• Strong capacity to work in team and cooperate with colleagues
• Experience in working with children and teenagers, hard working and dedicated
• Good knowledge of the job market and the international and national NGOs
• Experience dealing with ministries and government officials
