Main Duties

• Coordinates all technical activities dedicated to the microwave network planning, network performance optimization and network extension, following the aim, to provide the best quality of the network performance.
• Coordinates the process of network planning and optimization, including traffic measurement for all interfaces.
• Responsible for coordination and execution of technical policies and programs related to the support of uninterruptible service of the network with best performance.
• Develops and uses special software tools for statistics analysis.
• Planning of network configurations, based on the operator radio network plan.
• Preparation of periodical network performance reports.

Skills/ Requirements

• Digital telecommunication & IT field knowledge.
• 2-3 years experience operation and maintenance in Switches and radio experience.
• Possess knowledge in SDH, IP networks and features.
• High level of experience in radio issues in interference etc. and frequency planning.
• High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project and Internet.
• Fluent in Khmer and decent English both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS-Office, Email, etc.
• Possess Car driving license.
