Duties & Responsibilities

• Increase the customer base of the pawnshop by attracting clients
• Evaluate the financial stability of the client and ensure that he/she will be able to repay the loan
• Evaluate his/her loan requirements
• Explain in detail, all the procedures and formalities associated with the loan to the clients
• Help clients procure loans without much trouble by helping them with paperwork
• After the loan is sanctioned, keeping in touch with clients and ensuring that the loan amount is not being misused
• Will have to go on field visits to check on the usage of loan amount
• Generate new customers for the pawnshop

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 2 years experience in the related fields
• Ability to gauge the requirements of the clients
• A good knowledge about eligibility criteria of clients for loans
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good decision making skill
• Good comprehensive of Ms. Office
