With the dynamism of business in Cambodia, we are searching for suitable candidate for the position of Customer Care Executive.
Job Descriptions
- Attend clients enquiries about Maersk Line product, services and processes
- Manage and create bookings, with special attention to: Reserve Space, Pricing and Invoicing
- Coordinate with Sales regarding the specific client needs, forecasting and agreed terms
- Coordinate haulage transport for customer, container release and space reservation
- Keep customer informed at anytime if changes to the confirmed plan
- Re-plan short shipped cargo keeping customer in the loop of reasons and subsequent plans
- Keep customers informed about cut off deadlines, processes and other requirements
- Manage changes to Transport Plan started by Customer
- Manage out standings / long standings
- Arrange special requirements for specific cells: IMO/OOG acceptance, legal permits
- Check that all bookings are confirmed before Load list Cut-off
- Check all containers confirmed are gated-in the Terminal before vessel operations
- Anchor client loyalty with Maersk Line through professional service
Condition and Requirement
- Graduate University
- Good English communication skills including speaking and writing
- Ability to build good working relationships (Internal and External)
- Have a solutions / customer focused perspective
- Strong sense of responsibility, taking ownership and result oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to work under pressure
- Microsoft Office
