RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medical Quality Assurance Manager is responsible to lead clinical quality assurance and training activities, providing technical support to a team of leading reproductive health providers in Cambodia. The position will involve providing technical support to adherence of clinical protocols, routine quality assurance assessments, providing training to MSIC providers, pioneering new directions in family planning and reproductive health, and leading the way in making MSIC a global leader in reproductive health. This position offers opportunities for international training and study tours and to participate in a global team of clinical excellence.REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified medical doctor with passion and commitment
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in sexual and reproductive health
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Khmer and English
- High level computer literacy
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good problem solving skills
