Mith Samlanh is a Cambodian led non-government organization committed to working with Cambodian street children and their families and communities. Every day, Mith Samlanh provides vocational training, education, counseling, food, shelter, medical services and various outreach programs to 1800 street children and youths in Phnom Penh. We are currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national to fulfill the position of Restaurant Manager (urgent).
She/he is responsible for daily oversight and running of the restaurant and of supervising and training of all staff and students.

Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in managing and running a busy restaurant
- Good knowledge of general local and International restaurant operations
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to have excellent communication skills with staff and students
- Must be able to work split shifts, flexible hours and weekends
- Good spoken and written English knowledge is mandatory
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Must have a happy and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of computer such as MS Office and Internet
