Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management in business planning and business profit.
• Keep tight controls on all financial aspects of store through cost and inventory control.
• Responsible for staff and sales management, product and service quality of the restaurant.
• Responsible for staff recruitment and training.
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customers' satisfaction.
• Be involved and prepare pre-service briefing to staff.
• Evaluate operations and procedures for improvements.
• Upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard.
• To attend all meetings and training programs when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must at lease finish grade 12. Preferable finish Professional Certificate or Diploma in F&B.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage Service in Cafe.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with restaurant operations and customer oriented.
