Position: Creative Executive
Location: Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Directs the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support the strategic goals and brand of Lottery
- Manages multiple projects from concept to project completion in terms of leading the creative sessions for project kick-off, art direction, design, copywriting and production
- Develops creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the Lottery and that advance our brand strategy
- Supervises and inspires the creative team and vendor partners; generates multiple concepts for marketing campaign or project
- Organizes appropriate assignments to design staff and manage team to achieve design objectives
- Oversees the entire production process, working closely with the team to ensure the work is on target and of exceptional quality
- Manages outside resources, including vendors, photographers, color separators, printers, freelancers, web and interactive sub-contractors
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates the creative work plan; assign projects/works and programmatic responsibilities; review and evaluate work methods and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
Essential Requirements
- University graduate in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Digital Media Design equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years design working experience
- Thorough knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
- A strong working knowledge of experience in design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
- Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
