Responsibilities

• Work closely with Boundary partner to identify their needed capacity
• Organize/ facilitate a training, workshop, study tour, public forum, campaign in the community
• Assist Technical Assistant to develop set of training materials and ensure repeated training topic has teaching aid and are updated as needed
• Collect and seek for successful practice, lesson learnt, and project impacts for report to donors
• Ensure Boundary Partners behavior is changing toward love, compassion, and care
• Ensure all boundary partners have received needed capacity development and they are moving toward the way project want
• Supervise, monitor and support the work of Technical Assistant and appraise their job performance on an annual basic
• Develop project component planning and budgeting
• Write component quarterly, six- month, and annual report
• Assist Project Manager and LMT in conflict resolution within the team/ project

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in project management related to health care sector
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience in providing training on basic development principles and primary health care
• Good written and spoken English
• Computer literate
• Willing to work with community people in the remote area
• Be honest, patience and fair (not discriminate)
