Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 450 dedicated staff. It provides training in different skills to maltreated, destitute and uneducated children who scavenge to survive or work in difficult and dangerous situations around Phnom Penh suburbs.
