Responsibilities
- Welcome and greeting our customers.
- Register for new/former customer and provide the information about our services.
- Inform the insured about the admission and Observation Services.
- For “Insurance” working as the coordinator between insured, assistance company
- Record on Insurance Memo for every cases.
- For “Operator” to provide telephone service Internal and External customers.
- To issue Medical Record to requested department, to check and put medical record to medical record stock.
- Check on the Completely Document Form before put them in stock.
Requirements
- Cambodian Nationality.
- Female Age 20-30 years.
- Excellent in both English and Khmer Language/ If can speak Chinese, will be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Computer literate using Microsoft Windows.
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related field.
- Background in Registration will be appreciated.
- Can work as rotated shifts.
- Self confident, hard working and enthusiastic.
