Responsibilities

• Handle full inbound/outbound customer service and documentation.
• Handle email communication with customer and overseas partner.
• Process orders, forms, applications and request.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaint.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
• Filing and submission of document to account department.

Requirements

• Cambodian National, age from 18 to 30.
• BBA degree or equivalent fields.
• Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail).
• Flexible, creative, independent, personality, good interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Must be honest and Working under multiple environments.
