Saint Paul Higher Institute
The Saint-Paul Institute is located in Angta Saom, Takeo province, 70 kilometers from Phnom Penh. A first faculty of agriculture was inaugurated in 2006 thanks to a partnership with the Royal University of Agriculture of Phnom Penh (Chomkardong). Fifty technicians in agriculture graduate every year.
