TASKS:

• Assist management at different levels in the preparation of final budgets by evaluating requests, recommending changes/deletions/additions, and verifying calculations
• Maintain and monitor’ budgets, income and expenditure as assigned.
• Monitor revenues and expenditures against the approved budgets; consult with departments as necessary to determine cause of major variances and effect on future operations.
• Prepare reports for higher management with narrative explanations of deviations.
• Assist in the financial analysis of programs and capital projects.
• Provide data as necessary to assure accurate distributions of revenues and expenditures.
• Review, verify and authorize processing of the payment requests, income, general journal entries, bank reconciliation and staff payroll as assigned.
• Review account payable and receivable and general ledger in Quick Book Accounting System.
• Supervise accounting functions, preparation and reviewing of reports, statistics, and analysis detailing financial results, and sending the financial reports as assigned.
• Liaise with audit team as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE                                     

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting or related business field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• High integrity; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English and Khmer
• Excellent computer skills (Quick Book Accounting Software; MS Excel)
