Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the restaurant by the time as regulated
• Organizing the meeting to open and close the shifts in order to encourage, discuss and solve the problems
• Controlling the human resource and works in each shift department and ensuring that all operations in each shift department are well processed as assigned by the company or agreed upon the decision
• Supervising the customer services to ensure that all management team have effectively provided good quality service to the customers to the greatest satisfaction
• Controlling hygiene system to ensure that it is sanitary and healthy inside and outside the restaurant so that the customers can feel satisfied with the sanitation at maximum
• Making total revenue for each working shift
• Ensuring enough inventory for shift sales transactions
• Leading the meeting session to solve the problem which has happened to affect the restaurant growth
• Providing training and motivations to the supervisors and encouraging the shift supervisors to ensure high productivity in good working environment
• Reporting to Head of Restaurant
• Joining the executive meeting as called by Head of Restaurant
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Restaurant
• Checking in-and-out goods and signing on the relevant documents

Requirement

• At least 3 years experience in sales, sales planning, and sales management
• High profile in leadership and management
• Good English both in speaking and writing
• Excellent in using computer, internet and email communication
• Good Public Relation
• Ability in coaching and mentoring
• High profile in customer service section
