Essential Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry in kitchen supervisory level position.
• University Degree in Hospitality management, Business Management or a related industry-recognized hospitality certificate is an asset.
• Previous kitchen dishwashing experience with the ability to train and develop individuals to established and legislated cleanliness standards.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, computer and organizational skills and the ability to work in a highly-demanding, ever-changing environment.
• Good command of English.
• Creative and flexible in work.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work hard.
