The Senior Front Office Specialist reports to the Branch Manager and takes the responsibilities of carrying out day-to-day front office activities and to ensure high level of Customer Service satisfaction.

Senior Front Office Specialist
The Senior Front Office Specialist reports to the Branch Manager and takes the responsibilities of carrying out day-to-day front office activities and to ensure high level of Customer Service satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing, implementing and maintaining professional services of the front office.
- Assisting the front office team.
- Developing customer retention program, providing personalize services to customers.
- Handling customer complaints and problems and producing front office reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in front office sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or other related fields.
- Good leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused – experienced and professional in working with customers.
- Detail orientation, oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills.
