The National Biodigester Programme
The National Biodigester Programme is a joint venture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and the Netherlands Development Organisation (SNV). The overall objective of the programme is the establishment of a permanent domestic biodigesters sector on a commercial market oriented basic for dissemination of biodigesters as an indigenous, sustainable energy source in selected provinces of Cambodia.
